Physical Examination: Limp, alignment, joint palpation, range of motion, joint effusion. Imaging & Classification X-rays: Can show osteochondral lesions or loose body fragments. X-ray/MRI follow-up every 3-6 months. Goals: Maintain joint congruity. Swelling in some cases. Fix unstable fragments.
