Clinical Presentation & Diagnosis Symptoms: Knee pain after prolonged activity. No pathognomonic signs for diagnosis. Imaging & Classification X-rays: Can show osteochondral lesions or loose body fragments. X-ray/MRI follow-up every 3-6 months. Other locations: Lateral femoral condyle (15%).
