Clinical Presentation & Diagnosis Symptoms: Knee pain after prolonged activity. Imaging & Classification X-rays: Can show osteochondral lesions or loose body fragments. X-ray/MRI follow-up every 3-6 months. Clinical Study Findings: 40 patients treated with bioabsorbable pins. Patella (5-10%).
