Location of Lesions in the Knee Most common site: Medial femoral condyle (75-80%) , close to the notch. Clinical Presentation & Diagnosis Symptoms: Knee pain after prolonged activity. Clinical Study Findings: 40 patients treated with bioabsorbable pins. Other locations: Lateral femoral condyle (15%).
