A brachioradial pruritus diagnosis is primarily accomplished through clinical history and physical examination. Imaging studies, such as cervical X-rays or MRIs, are generally unnecessary but may help identify underlying cervical spine abnormalities (i.e., 2010:157-61. spondylosis or disc lesions).
